Tracy Dice, DBA

Tracy Dice is an Associate Professor of Economics and Finance at Dakota Wesleyan University (DWU). She earned her Doctor of Business Administration (D.B.A.) from Anderson University and a Master’s in Applied Economics from the University of North Dakota.
At DWU, Dr. Dice teaches courses in finance, investments, and both micro- and macroeconomics, where she emphasizes experiential and project-based learning. She leads students in developing regional economic reports, managing stock market simulations, and engaging in community-focused financial literacy initiatives.
Her professional and research interests include regional economic development, healthcare and Medicaid policy, financial education, and innovative teaching strategies to prepare students for success in business and finance careers.
